    Fr. Ed’s Home Economics Events
    Sundays, September 10 – October 22, 10:15 a.m., Great Hall

In the world’s economy, we are constantly being assessed, evaluated, and measured by what we accumulate in terms of money, property, and possessions. God’s economy is different. As God said to the prophet Samuel: “The LORD sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the LORD looks on the heart” (1 Sam. 16.7)

Our hope in this series is nothing less than heart transformation––for the families and individuals in our congregation to experience freedom from all the ways that the world’s economy has taken hold of us. Of course, this involves some practical realities: getting out of debt, living on a budget, having money in the bank (etc.). But our aim is not just to help you order your life so that you have more money to spend however you want. That is not the point. The real goal is for us to order our lives in such a way that God can spend us however He wants.

Want to find out more? Join us from September 10th through October 15th!
