Peter Crisafulli

Church entrance with landscaping and a welcoming door

Born and raised in Evanston, Illinois, Peter Crisafulli earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in music from Northwestern University and is an honorary member of the Sigma Alpha Iota professional music fraternity. His musical formation in the service of the church began at age seven as a chorister in the Men and Boys Choir of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Evanston. He has been serving as Minister of Music at All Saints Church since 1988.

Peter and his wife, Linda, have been married since 1969. Linda also earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in music from Northwestern and is a professional flutist, teacher, and conductor. Their daughter, Rebecca, a former member of the All Saints Choir, is an Associate Professor of French at St. Anselm College, Manchester, New Hampshire.

Many of Peter’s compositions for All Saints Church have been published and are in widespread use throughout the U.S. He especially enjoys working with choristers of all ages, playing the organ, composing, riding trains (steam is awesome!), collecting historic Edison lamps, good food and wine, and, most of all, his family.

Peter Crisafulli leads the vital music ministry. He is the organist and choirmaster and is responsible for the selection and scheduling of music and musicians for all Sunday and other special worship services in the Nave.
