The Rev. Dr. Matthew Kozlowski, Associate Rector
Fr. Matthew Kozlowski preaches, teaches, leads worship, and oversees Christian education. He has a particular passion for children’s ministry; as well as the preschool where he serves as chaplain. Contact Matthew with questions about Baptism, Sunday School, or First Communion.
Matthew arrived at All Saints in 2018, at which time he helped launch the Family Table worship service. Previously, he served churches in Florida and Virginia, and was on staff at Virginia Theological Seminary’s Center for the Ministry of Teaching.
Matthew received a Master in Divinity from VTS, and a PhD at the Catholic University of America. His dissertation focused on virtue in the lives of the saints, in particular St. Bonaventure’s hagiography of St. Francis of Assisi.
Matthew and his wife Danielle have been married for 17 years, and they have two daughters. The family lives in Bethesda, where their favorite activities include making smores and playing with their dog, Clover.
