Rainforest Falls VBS

At Rainforest Falls VBS, children will explore God’s big story through wild games, engaging Bible stories, hands-on science experiments, shared meals, and fun with friends. The fun-filled week is designed to spark wonder and curiosity and see God’s nature revealed in new ways. VBS is for registered guests only. We are at capacity and registration is closed.

• Dates: June 22-26
• 9:00 am-12:30 pm
• Drop-off @ 9:00am. Park and walk your child(ren) in to check them in using the entrance on Grafton St. Volunteers at the registration desk will direct them to their groups. Street parking is available along Grafton St. and Magnolia St. Please be courteous of our neighbors when you park.
• Pick-up @ 12:30pm (or 3:00pm for children in After Care). Park and come in the Grafton St. entrance. You must show an ID to the volunteers at the registration desk to pick up your child(ren).
  • Only adults named in a child’s registration will be permitted to pick them up.
  • If your child is registered for After Care, you should have received information from Mary Kletter with All Saints Preschool.

• What to wear and bring:
  • Wear comfortable play clothes that can get wet or messy and shoes with closed toes and backs (no flip-flops).
  • Please apply sunscreen at home.
  • Bring a full, re-fillable water bottle. We are aiming to be more sustainable to protect God’s amazing creation and will not have disposable water bottles this year. We will serve delicious, healthy, allergy-free snacks and lunch each day.

 VBS service project

• Our kids are so blessed to participate in this week of exploration and fun here at All Saints, and we want to support similar programming at our mission partner, Little Lights, which runs camps and after-school programs for kids in under-resourced communities in DC. During VBS, we will create a Canopy of Caring full of snacks and cleaning supplies to support them. Wish list items: fruit snacks, pirate booty, crackers, variety packs of chips, PopCorners variety pack, Cheez-its, Candy, garbage bags, Clorox wipes, paper towels, toilet paper, Fabuloso, Lysol spray, toilet cleaner.
